Delivery
Our UK Delivery Services Explained
Standard delivery is FREE for orders over £99+vat. Orders under this are charged at £2.99. Certain non remote postcodes have an out of area delivery charge of £15.
Most orders are delivered within 2 working days if ordered before midday.
Some products have longer delivery times, which are displayed on the product detail page. Sometimes products are not in stock, but we will do all we can to get these products to you quickly. If we are going to take over 3 working days we will send you an additional email.
If you are not about when we attempt delivery, we will leave a card and you can collect it at a local delivery depot or call and arrange delivery.
Returns Policy
At Flex Medical Store we want you to be happy with your order. If for any reason you are unhappy with the items you have purchased just return them to us in their original condition and packaging within 14 days and we'll either replace them or issue a refund.
How do I return my items?
When returning your item please let us know by emailing us at [email protected] and include your invoice number, what your returning, how many and a reason (we will then send you a RTN number), we can't issue refunds without these details, so make sure to do this and await the RTN number before sending. Make sure you post your items back via an insured courier.
